DPD courier packages in Lithuania – up to 4 working days upon receipt of payment. Price – €4.
DPD courier packages in EU countries – up to 14 working days upon receipt of payment. Price – €15.

PAYMENT

Payment options: PayPal secure payment system, Paysera, Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your order will be posted once your payment is credited to our bank account. If you use PayPal or Paysera payment systems, once you place your order, the system will take you straight to check-out.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

It is important that before exchanging or returning any product, you contact us via email at HELLO@MYGAME.IS.

We don’t offer returns for perfumes and cosmetics.

Rules for exchanging or returning good quality products that you were not happy with, or that didn’t suit your needs:

Send the returned product in original packaging, make sure the product had not been used and its appearance had not been impaired. Please, enclose the invoice and your written request for a refund. Please, state the reason for the return and your order number. You can return the product within 14 working days from the date of payment. Please, use recorded delivery mail (make sure you retain the package registration number) or a courier service. Mailing address for returns: Panerių 45G – 29, Vilnius, LT – 03202.

Upon receipt of your package, we will refund your payment within 14 working days to the bank account of the original payment. All mailing costs / customs duties related to the sending of any exchanged or returned products shall be borne by the Buyer.

The products remain your property and responsibility, until they arrive at MYGAME.is, therefore, when returning any products, please, make sure you pack them well to protect them against damage / destruction in transit. All returned products are subject to inspection. MYGAME.is reserves the right not to accept any non-compliant products.
