WHAT TECHNIQUE SHOULD I USE WITH THE ROLLER? The roller can be used in two ways – long and short stokes. Short and quick strokes are applied to energise tissues and stimulate blood circulation. Long and slow strokes are applied for lymphatic drainage.
HOW OFTEN CAN I DO THE MASSAGE? It is recommended that you do it at least 2 or 3 times per week (for best results, massage on a daily basis – your skin will really be grateful).
